Lakki Patey

Lakki Patey is an English-Norwegian guitarist and inventor born on September 3, 1958. He's known for his versatility in musical styles and has made a name for himself in the world of ambient and jazz music. Patey has led several bands, including Some Like It Hot and Hot Cubano, and has toured both the US and Europe. He's also the creative mind behind the language game and cultural concept called New Amigos.

Throughout his career, Patey has released several solo albums and collaborated with other artists, notably Øystein Sevåg. Their album "Visual" was named "Best Ambient Album of the Year" by Wind & Wire magazine in 1996.
