Sally Pinkas is a versatile pianist celebrated for her expressive interpretations of classical and contemporary works. With a career spanning decades, she’s become a go-to artist for both foundational composers like Fauré and Shostakovich and modern voices such as Miguel del Aguila and Daniel Pinkham. Her recent albums, including explorations of Frank Bridge’s chamber music and Manila’s romantic-era piano pieces, showcase her curiosity for blending familiar masterpieces with lesser-known gems. Based in the U.S., she’s also a dedicated educator, serving as a professor of music at Dartmouth College, where she mentors the next generation of musicians.
