Sonneillon

Sonneillon is a Portuguese extreme metal band from Porto, founded in April 2008. The band is known for its aggressive and uncompromising style of black metal, aiming to bring a chaotic and intense sound to their audience. Over the years, Sonneillon has maintained a very active live schedule and has steadily released material, including several digital releases and albums like "Daemoniacus Daemonum Interitum et Agone Deos" and more recent works such as "Cadere et Resurgere" and "The Demon of Hate." Bellerophon has been a constant driving force behind the band, contributing significantly to both the music and lyrics, despite the lineup changes over time.

Sonneillon has achieved notable milestones, including international gigs in the USA and Netherlands, and has released music videos for songs like "Enemy Within" and "Satan's Fields." The band celebrated its history with a special concert in 2016, featuring past members, which was later released as a live DVD. In 2022, Sonneillon marked its anniversary by refining its name and logo, signaling a new chapter for the band. With a strong core membership, Sonneillon continues to evolve and assert its presence in the black metal scene.
