Morlas Memoria

**Morlas Memoria** is a symphonic metal band from Dresden, Germany, founded in the spring of 2011 by siblings Leandra and Theo Johne, initially under the name Morlas Enigma. The band's sound combines heavy metal with classical singing, orchestral arrangements, and choirs. Over time, their style has evolved, with their second album, *Mine of Pictures* (2017), embracing orchestral elements more prominently than their debut, *Follow the Wind* (2014). Morlas Memoria has collaborated with notable bands and performed at significant events like the Wave-Gotik-Treffen, showcasing their versatile blend of gothic and symphonic metal.

The band's lineup includes Leandra Johne on vocals and flute, Theo Johne on guitar and backing vocals, Sebastian Leibe on bass, Samuel Clauss on drums, and Maximilian Ufer on guitar. Recently, Morlas Memoria has released more music, including their latest album, *Adieu* (2025), continuing their journey in the symphonic metal scene.
