Symfobia

Symfobia is a Slovakian symphonic metal band from Nitra, founded by keyboardist František Molnár in 2007. The band became active in 2013 and has since developed a distinctive sound characterized by orchestral arrangements, powerful guitar solos, and choir parts. Symfobia is notable for featuring two female-fronted singers, which allows for creative vocal experimentation and enhances the grandeur of their songs. Their lyrics, written by Rastislav Getta, often focus on themes of critical thinking, consumerism, and environmental issues, using metaphors to convey life's complexities.

The band has released two notable albums: "Way of the Queen" in 2015 and "Smog of Tomorrow" in 2019. "Smog of Tomorrow" explores global issues like technology dependence and environmental misconduct. Symfobia has performed with renowned metal bands such as Nightwish and Sabaton and has appeared at significant festivals like Masters of Rock and Rock pod Kameňom. Their music combines intense metal riffs with symphonic elements, captivating audiences with its unique blend of sound and energetic performances.
