Magne H. Draagen, born in 1974, is a renowned Norwegian organist and composer. He began his musical journey with organ lessons from Edvin Eriksen and Leidulv Grimsmo in Nordmøre. Draagen furthered his education at the Norwegian Academy of Music, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Church Music and later a soloist diploma as an organist. His career has been marked by significant roles, including serving as organist and choirmaster at Oslo Cathedral from 2002 to 2012, and since 2012, he has been the Director of Music at Nidaros Cathedral. As a composer and arranger, Draagen has contributed to numerous religious works and performs widely as a concert organist, showcasing a repertoire spanning from Baroque to contemporary music.
