Panthera Krause

Panthera Krause is a versatile electronic music producer, DJ, and illustrator hailing from Leipzig, Germany. He is known for his eclectic style, which blends uplifting chords, meandering arpeggiators, and melancholic soundscapes, all set against a backdrop of housy, MPC-ruled beats and cut-throat samples. With roots in the late 1990s German electronic scene, Krause began his musical journey with his band Marbert Rocel in 2007. Since then, he has established himself as a solo artist, releasing music on notable labels such as Lobster Theremin, Uncanny Valley, and Riotvan, which he co-founded. His recent work includes albums and EPs that explore a wide range of sound, often incorporating unusual influences like Baltic choir inspirations and 80s cinema themes.

Krause's creative process is marked by a preference for live performance, where he reworks tracks to create a unique experience each time.
