Jimi Jamison was an American rock singer best known as the lead vocalist for the band Survivor during the height of their popularity in the 1980s. With his powerful tenor voice, Jamison helped define the band's sound on hit albums like Vital Signs and When Seconds Count, delivering arena-rock anthems such as “The Search Is Over,” “Burning Heart,” and “High on You.” He also famously sang “I’m Always Here,” the iconic theme song for the TV show Baywatch.
