Dark-O-Matic

Dark-o-matic is an electronic music project founded by Greg Dovas in 2017. Dovas, who previously worked in progressive rock, transitioned to electronic music with his earlier project Neonskylines, which focused on instrumental synthwave. Dark-o-matic represents Dovas' expansion into a more synth-pop sound, incorporating vocals for a darker edge.

The project initially involved a collaboration with Piero Delux from Elsehow, and sound engineer George Nerantzis. In April 2021, George Georgalas (also known as Dagon The Musician) joined as the lead singer. Dark-o-matic's discography includes albums like "New Hope," "Zugzwang," and "Dark Phoenix Rising," showcasing their blend of synthwave and modern synthpop.
