Tribe Royal

Tribe Royal is a Canadian country-rock trio serving up gritty southern-flavored anthems straight from Ottawa. Formed by brothers Jon (vocals/guitar) and Michael Asher (bass) with drummer Alex Tintinalli in 2016, they blend swampy guitar riffs, foot-stomping rhythms, and blue-collar storytelling. Their releases like "Sippin' on Whiskey" and "My Kind of Girl" showcase their knack for working-class party vibes mixed with rock'n'roll swagger, while the Muscle Shoals-referencing "Road to Muscle Shoals" nods to their retro studio influences. After gaining traction with their 2018 debut *Beauty & the Bloodline* and follow-up *Once a King*, they've toured extensively across Canada and the US, supporting acts like The Trews. Their music often celebrates the open road, hard-earned good times, and the occasional whiskey-soamed reflection.
