Ghulam Hasan Khan is a prominent figure in the world of Indian classical music, belonging to the Rampur-Sahaswan gharana. Born on July 2, 1994, he was initiated into music at the age of three by his father, Ustad Ghulam Abbas Khan, and later trained under his grandfather, Padmashri Ustad Ghulam Sadiq Khan. Khan's musical career began when he gave his first concert at the age of seven. He has performed widely in India and abroad, including prestigious events like the Rashtrapati Bhawan in 2007, where he sang in front of former President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Ghulam Hasan Khan specializes in the Khayal style, but he also masters genres such as Thumri, Tarana, and Ghazal. His distinctive vocal prowess has earned him numerous awards, including the Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Award.
