Muzozoic

Muzozoic is a Polish trio from Łódź that explores the dynamic genres of jazz and funk. The band consists of Tomasz Maryniak, Konrad Maryniak, and Łukasz Świderski. Prior to forming Muzozoic, the members were part of a grunge band called Helikopter, where they gained experience before transitioning to their current jazz-funk style. Muzozoic's music combines elements of jazz, funk, and a touch of classical influences, reflecting the eclectic musical heritage of Eastern Europe. Their discography includes albums like "Jazock?" and "Fuzock", which showcase a blend of vibrant jazz and funk with elements reminiscent of Eastern European classical composers.

Their latest album, "Fuzock", was released in 2023 and features tracks like "Oberek Goes Dakar" and "Telegram from Palermo". These songs highlight the band's ability to merge modern jazz-funk sounds with organic tonalities, creating a unique musical experience.
