Shlomo Yehuda Rechnitz is an American businessman, philanthropist, and musical composer known for his meaningful contributions to both the Jewish community and the healthcare industry. Born in Los Angeles, he co-founded TwinMed LLC with his twin brother Steve in 1998, growing it into one of the largest medical supply companies in the U.S. He also founded Brius Healthcare Company, employing thousands in the nursing home sector. Beyond business, Shlomo is deeply committed to philanthropy, overseeing the Shlomo & Tamar Rechnitz Charitable Foundation, which supports over 1,100 institutions annually. He is known for his hands-on approach to charity, often opening his home to those in need and supporting various causes including education, Jewish day schools, and Israeli farmers.

Music has been a lifelong passion for Shlomo, inspired early on by his mother, an accomplished pianist and granddaughter of Cantor Israel Schorr. He has released several albums of original compositions and collaborations with prominent Jewish singers, including *Shir 1*, *Shir 2*, *Shir 3*, and *Matana Tova*. These albums have become favorites in the world of Chassidic music and serve charitable purposes, with proceeds benefiting various causes. Shlomo also plays piano and drums, and his musical projects reflect a personal connection to his heritage and faith. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Tamar and their six children.
