Athenas is a Catholic music singer-songwriter from Argentina who has gained international acclaim for her Christian music. Born on January 10, 1992, in Buenos Aires, Athenas María Venica started her musical journey at a young age, participating in a musical reality show and touring with a child group. At 15, she discovered contemporary Christian music and decided to dedicate her talents to singing for God. Her breakthrough came with a performance at the 2013 World Youth Day in Brazil, which led to tours across 20 countries and over 150 cities worldwide.
Athenas has released several studio albums, including "Cristo Reina" (2014), "Me Basta Tu Gracia" (2016), and "Alfa y Omega" (2021), which was nominated for a Latin Grammy in the Best Christian Album category. Her music, known for its emotionally charged and soulful quality, fuses Christian themes with modern musical genres, appealing to listeners from various backgrounds. Athenas continues to create uplifting and inspiring music, with recent releases including "Milagro de Amor" and "Junto a Ti Maria" in 2023.
