Os Carbonos

**Os Carbonos** is a Brazilian band formed in the early 1960s in São Paulo. They are renowned for being pioneers in recording covers of international hits, often releasing their versions before the originals were commercially available in Brazil. The group has been active for decades, with the core membership consisting of the Carezzato brothers: Raul, Beto, and Mário. Over the years, they have worked extensively as studio musicians, accompanying notable artists like Roberto Carlos and Gal Costa, and have released numerous albums under various pseudonyms. Their discography includes titles such as "As 12 Mais da Juventude" and "Músicas Italianas," showcasing their versatility in covering a wide range of musical styles.

Os Carbonos have also been involved in other projects, including the "Supererótica" series under the name "The Magnetic Sounds," and have contributed to soundtracks, such as a medley of Bee Gees songs for the novela "Dancin' Days" in 1978.
