NAAZ

Naaz Mohammad, known professionally as Naaz, is a Dutch-Kurdish indie pop singer born on June 8, 1998 in Gorinchem, Netherlands. She moved to Rotterdam with her family at age two. Naaz gained initial media attention as a participant on Holland's Got Talent in 2014, but her independent career in electronic indie pop took off in 2016 when she began releasing singles on Spotify. Her music career progressed with the release of two EPs: "Bits of Naaz" in 2018 and "The Beautiful Struggle" in 2019.

After a brief hiatus, Naaz returned as an independent artist in 2022, relocating from Rotterdam to Amsterdam. She released the single "Sad Violins" in May 2022, followed by her album "Never Have I Ever" in January 2023. Naaz's music is inspired by artists like Bruno Mars and Demi Lovato, and she aims to inspire people through her songs.
