Bow Wow

Shad Gregory Moss, better known by his stage name Bow Wow (formerly Lil' Bow Wow), is an American rapper, actor, and TV presenter who made a splash in the music industry as a kid rapper in the early 2000s. Born on March 9, 1987, in Columbus, Ohio, Bow Wow was discovered by Snoop Dogg and subsequently taken under the wing of producer Jermaine Dupri. He released his debut album "Beware of Dog" in 2000 at the age of 13, which included hit singles like "Bounce with Me" and "Bow Wow (That's My Name)." His follow-up album, "Doggy Bag" (2001), solidified his place as a hip-hop wunderkind.

As he grew older, Bow Wow dropped the "Lil'" from his name to reflect his maturation as an artist. He has released several albums throughout his career, establishing a name for himself with a mix of rap and R&B tunes and collaborating with artists such as Omarion. Aside from music, Bow Wow has made significant strides in acting, with roles in films like "Like Mike," "Roll Bounce," and "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift". Transitioning into television, he has been a host on BET's "106 & Park" and starred in the TV series "CSI: Cyber." Bow Wow has been an influential figure in the hip-hop community, and despite announcing retirements in the past, his musical output, including recent releases like "Overtyme rmx" and "Raris & Porsches," confirms his ongoing influence and adaptability in the music industry.
