Xan Campos Trio

Xan Campos Trio is a musical ensemble led by Xan Campos, a talented pianist and composer from Galicia, Spain. Born in 1987, Xan began his musical journey at the age of six under his grandfather's guidance. He later pursued a degree in classical piano and furthered his education in jazz at Musikene in Donostia, as well as through the European Jazz Master program, which allowed him to study at prestigious institutions across Europe, including Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Paris. This rich educational background has influenced his diverse musical style, which spans jazz, jazz-rock, and progressive rock.

The Xan Campos Trio has released several notable albums, including **Realismo**, **Ectropía**, and **Orixe Cero**. These works showcase Xan's versatility as a composer and performer, often blending elements of jazz with other genres. His trio typically features Horacio García on double bass and Iago Fernández on drums, as seen in the album **Realismo**.
