Space Tribe is the brainchild of Olli Wisdom, a pivotal figure in the psychedelic trance (psytrance) scene, who has been crafting his unique style of high-energy, shamanic beats since the early 1990s. A British native, Wisdom initially made a name for himself as a member of the post-punk band Specimen and the proprietor of the famous London-based gothic rock club, The Batcave. However, a trip to Goa, India, in the early '90s led him to discover Goa trance, the predecessor to psytrance, which would become his true calling.

Since adopting the Space Tribe moniker, Olli Wisdom has been synonymous with the colorful, spiritual, and mind-expanding elements of the psytrance movement. Known for his vibrant UV-reactive clothing range and visually immersive live performances, Space Tribe's music spans multiple albums and EPs that are essential parts of the genre's evolution. Space Tribe's tracks, like "All Systems Go," and "Space Between Atoms," are characterized by their rapid tempos, pulsating bass lines, and layered, often otherworldly, synthesizer patterns, designed to propel dance floors into ecstatic states of trance. Through his collaborations, live shows, and constant innovation, Space Tribe continues to play a significant role in shaping the global psytrance community, embodying both the aesthetic and sonic signature of the scene.
