Skull Revenge

**Skull Revenge** is a Swedish melodic hard rock and heavy/power metal project that brought together a lineup of respected musicians from the metal scene. The project was founded by Tobias Flensburg (drums, guitars, producer) and Kristofer Stenefjord (bass, producer) during the boredom of the pandemic period, when Tobias picked up a guitar and started creating music. Their debut album, *State of Oblivion*, released in 2025, was mixed and mastered by the renowned Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman, featuring contributions from notable artists such as Thomas Vikström (Therion, Candlemass), Christian Liljegren (Narnia), and others, making it a true supergroup effort.

The sound of Skull Revenge draws from classic rock and metal legends like Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and Saxon, blending melodic vocals with hard-hitting riffs and powerful songwriting. Their debut includes tracks like "A Voice in the Desert," "This Once Broken Tree," and the title track "State of Oblivion," showcasing the band’s diverse influences and strong melodic sensibility within a modern heavy metal framework.
