The Apers formed in 1996 in suburban Rotterdam, Netherlands. The original lineup consisted of vocalist/bassist Kevin Aper, guitarist/vocalist Marien Nicotine, and drummer Ivo Backbreaker. Known for their energetic pop-punk sound, the band has released several albums over the years, including "The Buzz Electric" in 2003 and "Skies Are Turning Blue" in 2005. The Apers have built a reputation for their lively performances and catchy tunes, continuing to be active in the punk rock scene.
