The Hellflowers

The Hellflowers are a spirited punk rock band formed in 2015 in Los Angeles by vocalist/guitarist Christina Hellflower and bassist Matt Eskew. Their sound is a vibrant mash-up blending the energy and style of iconic acts like Blondie, The Pretenders, Ramones, and The Clash, infused with a Southern Californian punk rock vibe. After releasing two EPs—*Come On, Let's Dance!* (2016) and *Vacation* (2017)—they put out their first full-length album, *Por Vida!*, in 2019. They followed up with their second full-length, *Vamonos*, in 2024, which caught the attention of Missing Fink Records and Rum Bar Records for wider distribution. Known for their high-energy live shows and dedication to the underground garage and punk scene, The Hellflowers have toured extensively across the West Coast, Mexico, Europe, and the UK, including a headline spot at Rebellion Festival 2024.

The current lineup features Christina Hellflower (vocals/guitar), Matt Eskew (bass), Alex Mack (lead guitar), and Richie Mendez (drums). Their music balances punchy punk rock riffs with catchy melodies and a danceable spirit, earning them fans who appreciate their mix of raw rock’n’roll and melodic power. They've shared stages with legends like Agent Orange and The Dickies, and their track "Come On, Let's Dance!" even featured on the season finale of *Vanderpump Rules* in 2017. The Hellflowers continue to capture the energy of classic punk with a fresh and infectious attitude.
