Deobrat Mishra

Deobrat Mishra is an acclaimed sitar virtuoso from Varanasi, India, known for his deep musical roots in the Benares Gharana. Born into a family of legendary musicians, he is the son of renowned sitarist and musicologist Pandit Shivnath Mishra. Deobrat has carried forward the rich legacy of Indian classical music with his expressive playing style and innovative approach to traditional ragas. His performances often bring a modern sensibility to classical compositions, making his music accessible and engaging to a wide range of audiences.
