Manta Rays

Manta Rays is a Tulsa-based rock band formed in the summer of 2016 by high-school friends Jackson Gillett (songwriter, lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Britton Gregory (bass, backup vocals), and Tristan Wright (lead guitar). The group later added Tyler Sexton on drums to complete their lineup. Their music blends classic songwriting styles from the '60s and '70s with contemporary indie and Brit-rock vibes. Their debut album, "Dust," released in 2019, features introspective lyrics that tactfully address growing up in a rapidly changing world, all while maintaining a lighthearted charm both on record and in live performances. Manta Rays are known for their captivating live shows and are currently working on their second studio album.

Some of their notable releases include "Dust," "Bad Faith," "Make It on Time," "Vic," "The Potion," "Nights & Days," and "Wabi Sabi." These tracks showcase their evolving sound and musical depth, aligning with their energetic and engaging live performances.
