Tripping Jupiter

Tripping Jupiter is a New York City–based glam-pop project fronted by vocalist/keyboardist songwriter Madstone Rowan (he/they/them) that blends theatrical pop with danceable, synth-forward production and provocative visuals. The project has released the EP Lipstick of the Brave (which includes tracks such as “The Rhythm Falls,” “Time Doesn’t Stop,” and “We Are Starlight”) and singles like “Torn America” and “Crack That Drum,” and has collaborated with notable musicians including Gail Ann Dorsey and producer Barb Morrison on recent recordings and videos.

Rowan presents Tripping Jupiter with a flamboyant, drag-inflected persona and a taste for cinematic, emotionally charged music videos; press coverage and premieres describe the act as boundary-pushing, glam-influenced pop with an affinity for bold visuals and dance-floor energy.
