Harsh Realms is a post-hardcore band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2015, the band consists of vocalist/guitarist Chris Duffin, guitarist/vocalist Matt Hollenberg, bassist/vocalist Chris Nelson, and drummer/vocalist Matt Young. Harsh Realms' music is characterized by its heavy, distorted guitars, driving rhythms, and introspective lyrics. The band has released two full-length albums, "CVLT" (2017) and "Saltwater" (2019), as well as several EPs and singles. Harsh Realms has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as Converge, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and Touché Amoré.
