Jocan Dekä

Jocan Dekä, born Joze Arce in 1985 in Mexico City, is a DJ and producer with over 15 years of experience in the underground electronic music scene. Known for his versatility, Dekä seamlessly blends genres like house, techno, downtempo, ambient, and even funk and drum & bass. His unique mixing style and ability to combine diverse genres have made him a standout in Mexico City's club scene.

In 2014, Dekä's career hit a high note when he was selected to participate in Boiler Room's "Ballantine's Journeys" #StayTrue event in Mexico City. That same year, he was named Best Techno DJ at the DJ World Music Conference in Mexico City. More recently, Dekä has been involved with the Ecstatic Dance movement, helping to build and grow the community in Nantes, France, where he relocated in 2020.
