Anne Karin Sundal-Ask

Anne Karin Sundal-Ask is a Norwegian conductor and musician, best known for her role as the conductor and artistic leader of the Norwegian Girls Choir (Det Norske Jentekor) since 2005. Born on July 20, 1973, in Halsa, Nordmøre, she studied conducting, flute, and music at the Music Conservatory in Trondheim, completing her studies in the spring of 2003. Sundal-Ask has been involved in several notable musical projects, including the album *Folketoner*, which features traditional Norwegian folk music and was recorded with the Norwegian Girls Choir.
