Bob Luman was a rockabilly and country music singer who made his mark in the 1950s and 1960s. Born in Nacogdoches, Texas, in 1937, Luman got his start in music as a teenager, inspired by the emerging rock and roll sound. He's best known for his 1960 hit "Let's Think About Living," which reached the top 10 on both the country and pop charts. Luman's career spanned several decades, during which he released numerous albums and singles, blending rockabilly, country, and pop styles. He was also a regular performer on the Grand Ole Opry from 1965 until his death in 1978.
