Walden is an indie-folk band from Portland, Oregon. The band was formed in 2014 by singer-songwriter Evan Thomas Weiss and guitarist Daniel James. Walden's music is characterized by its introspective lyrics, lush harmonies, and intricate fingerpicking guitar work. The band has released three full-length albums, "The Way We Move" (2015), "I Can't Feel My Face" (2017), and "This Is Not a Dream" (2019). Walden has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with artists such as Bon Iver, The Head and the Heart, and Iron & Wine.
