Static-X is an American industrial metal band formed in 1994 in Los Angeles, California. The group is known for their blend of aggressive metal sounds, industrial overtones, and the signature hair and vocal style of their late frontman, Wayne Static. Their music often combines fierce riffs and pounding rhythms with elements of electronic music, creating a distinctive sound that has drawn in fans across multiple genres.
