Hector Gachan

Hector Gachan is an indie musician with a unique background spanning Australia and Bosnia. Born in Sydney, Gachan moved to Sarajevo at age 13 before returning to Australia at 19. His music blends dreamy pop with influences from both cultures, drawing comparisons to artists like Mac DeMarco and Ariel Pink.

Gachan's debut album "Untitled '91" was released in 2017 on the French label Nice Guys Records, gaining attention for its blend of psychedelia, pop, and alternative rock. His sophomore album "Care 2 Share" followed in 2022, showcasing a matured sound that reflects on themes of identity and belonging. Gachan's songwriting often explores his experiences growing up between two distinctly different worlds.
