Sonic Station

Sonic Station is a Swedish AOR (Adult Orientated Rock) project that emerged from the flourishing Scandinavian melodic rock scene, masterminded by composer and multi-instrumentalist Alexander Kronbrink. The project debuted self-titled album "Sonic Station" in 2012, which showcased not only Kronbrink's prowess in composition and production but also featured a host of talented musicians and vocalists such as Marika Willstedt and Magnus Bäcklund. These collaborators helped bring his vision of lush, melody-rich rock to life, drawing inspiration from the polished sounds of the 80s and early 90s while injecting a contemporary flair.

Following up on their acclaimed debut, Sonic Station continued to evolve and refine their sound with their sophomore release "Next Stop" in 2014. The band's music features a blend of smooth rock, AOR with a touch of West Coast, featuring harmonically rich compositions and impeccable musicianship. "Next Stop" was later re-released as an expanded special edition featuring bonus tracks, catering to their growing fanbase. "Amelia" and "Something's Burning" represent two of Sonic Station's more recent offerings, showcasing their consistent dedication to creating engaging, melodically driven music that resonates with a new generation of AOR enthusiasts while paying homage to the genre's storied past.
