Jimmy Farace

Jimmy Farace is an emerging talent in the jazz scene, renowned for his emotive baritone saxophone playing. Based in Chicago, he blends intricate compositions with rich textures, captivating listeners with his deep storytelling through music. With a strong educational background, Jimmy hold a Bachelor of Music from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music and a Master of Music from DePaul University.

His debut album, *Hours Fly, Flowers Die*, is set to release on April 11, 2025, showcasing his innovative approach by incorporating a modern jazz nonet with strings. This project, which reflects on themes of nostalgia and the passage of time, features some of the finest musicians from Chicago, marking a significant milestone in his career as both a composer and performer.
