**Alessio Trapella** is an Italian musician whose roots are deeply planted in rock and classical music. He began playing trumpet at a young age, later focusing on electric bass and vocals. After graduating with top honors in double bass and taking composition courses at the Conservatory of Adria, Alessio’s musical journey expanded to include collaborations with prestigious acts. From 2010 to 2012, he played with the Orchestra Giovanile Luigi Cherubini under Maestro Riccardo Muti, and he worked alongside Aldo Tagliapietra, the legendary singer of Le Orme, recording a double LP titled "Unplugged." He joined UT New Trolls as bassist and vocalist from 2014 to 2016, contributing to their album "é," and from 2017 to 2021 served as singer and bassist for Le Orme themselves.
In his solo career, Alessio released the debut album *La ricerca dell’imperfezione* in 2022, showcasing his skills as a singer, bassist, guitarist, harmonica, and flute player. In 2023, he followed it up with *ICARO*, a concept rock album based on mythological themes. His music blends rock sophistication with classical influences, reflecting his diverse training and broad experience in Italy’s progressive and classic rock scenes.
