David Rosell is a Catalan musician, guitarist, and music producer born in Manresa, Bages, on August 28, 1976. He gained recognition in 2001 as the leader of the band Dept. and has been part of other notable bands like Brams, Mesclat, and Els Catarres. Over time, he has built a reputation as a skilled music producer, working with artists such as Txarango, Miki Núñez, Buhos, Doctor Prats, Porto Bello, El Diluvi, and Aramateix. In 2021, he released his first solo album, "Flor Blanca," marking a new chapter in his artistic journey. Recent releases include "Torna'm (Remix)" and "Viatge Efímer A la Vall dels Mots," showcasing his evolving creativity as a solo artist. In 2020, Rosell was honored with the Joan Trayter award in recognition of his career achievements.
