The Rising Rocket

**The Rising Rocket** is an indie band from Stuttgart, Germany. Formed in 2004 under the name **Pocket Rocket**, they changed their name to The Rising Rocket in 2008 due to a legal issue with a band of the same name in Austria. The band's style is influenced by indie, soft-punk, and rock ’n’ roll, drawing inspiration from bands like The Living End, Franz Ferdinand, and Mando Diao. Their music often features catchy melodies and danceable rock with a Swedish flair. Notable releases include their debut album **"Colours of Stockholm"** in 2011, as well as singles like **"This Is How I Feel"** and **"Nothing in This World"**. Initially a four-piece band, The Rising Rocket has been performing as a trio since 2012. The current members include Benjamin Nolle, Simon Krebietke, and Philip Vogt.
