Gabeu is a pioneering Brazilian singer and songwriter best known for helping to create the "queernejo" movement—a fresh, LGBTQIA+ inclusive take on traditional sertanejo music. Born into a musical family—his father being a sertanejo singer—Gabeu grew up surrounded by the genre before carving out his own path with songs like “Amor Rural” and more recent releases like “Colcha de Retalhos” and “CAVALO DE TROIA.”
