Marcos Suzano is a Brazilian percussionist known for his innovative approach to the pandeiro, a type of tambourine. He has become one of the most sought-after and recorded percussionists in Brazil since the 1990s, known for his technical innovations on the pandeiro and his ability to blend traditional Brazilian rhythms with modern influences.
Suzano has collaborated with numerous Brazilian and international musicians, including Gilberto Gil, Nando Reis, and Titãs. He has also released several albums as a leader and featured artist, including "Olho de Peixe" with Lenine in 1993 and "Sambatown" in 1996.
