Annelie Gahl
Annelie Gahl is a German cellist who has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic. She is known for her passionate and expressive playing, as well as her commitment to contemporary music. Gahl has premiered works by some of the most important composers of our time, including György Ligeti, Pierre Boulez, and Karlheinz Stockhausen. She is also a dedicated chamber musician, and has collaborated with some of the world's leading string quartets, including the Alban Berg Quartet and the Artemis Quartet.
