Maia Vahtramäe

Maia Vahtramäe is a prominent Estonian pop singer, best known for her role as the lead vocalist of the band Põhja-Tallinn. She gained popularity not only through her work with the band but also by participating in the TV3 show "Su nägu kõlab tuttavalt" in 2013. Despite leaving the band in 2013 due to health reasons, Maia resumed collaboration with Põhja-Tallinn in 2017 but parted ways again in 2023. Beyond her work with Põhja-Tallinn, Maia has explored other musical endeavors, such as co-founding the duo Vaikuse Viiv with Elis Loig in 2018. She has also collaborated with other artists on songs like "Tähtede poole" and "Paradiisi." Maia's style often blends catchy tunes with meaningful lyrics, reflecting her diverse creative influences.
