SHINee (샤이니) is a South Korean contemporary boy band formed by SM Entertainment in 2008. The group consists of Onew, Key, Minho, and Taemin. Originally a five-member band, SHINee has continued as a four-member group following the passing of Jonghyun in December 2017. The group is known for their artistic versatility, complex dance routines, and trendsetting fashion styles.

SHINee made their musical debut with their album, "Replay," in 2008, which was well received and led to their growing popularity.
