The group consists of two members, Brian Applegate and Summer Cameron, who are also known as "The Model" and "Sex Object," inspired by song titles from the German electronic band Kraftwerk. Their music often critiques pop culture and features politically incorrect lyrics. Live shows are notable for their eclectic costumes and use of a drum machine alongside guitar, bass, and synthesizer. Notable releases include *International Rock Stars*, *Video Games*, *Self Titled*, *Difficult Listening*, and *Fruition*. The Punk Group has toured Europe and Australia and has also opened for influential bands like Devo. Despite their provocative style, they maintain a distinct blend of humor and satire in their work.
