Miloslav Kabeláč

Miloslav Kabeláč was a Czech composer who lived from 1908 to 1979. He is best known for his orchestral works, which often feature a strong sense of rhythm and melody. Kabeláč was born in Prague, and he studied music at the Prague Conservatory. After graduating, he worked as a conductor and music teacher. In the 1930s, he began to compose his own music, and he quickly gained recognition for his talent. Kabeláč's music was banned by the Nazis during World War II, but he continued to compose in secret. After the war, he was appointed to a teaching position at the Prague Conservatory, and he continued to compose and conduct until his death in 1979.
