Milladoiro is a Galician folk music group from Galicia, Spain. Formed in 1979, the band has released over 20 albums and toured extensively throughout Europe and the Americas. Their music is characterized by its use of traditional Galician instruments, such as the gaita (bagpipes), the pandeiro (tambourine), and the zanfona (hurdy-gurdy), as well as its incorporation of elements from other musical traditions, such as Celtic and medieval music. Milladoiro's lyrics often deal with themes of Galician history, culture, and folklore.
