Tolouse Low Trax is the solo project of Detlef Weinberg, a German musician and visual artist rooted in Düsseldorf’s experimental music scene. Known for his work as the drummer of post-punk/electronic band Kreidler, Weinberg’s solo alias delves into gritty, hypnotic soundscapes that blend krautrock rhythms, dubby textures, and lo-fi electronics. His tracks often feel like surreal club tools—repetitive, raw, and subtly psychedelic, with a knack for turning mundane sounds into mesmerizing grooves.
