Painted Shield is an emergent supergroup that brings together the distinctive talents of Pearl Jam's guitarist Stone Gossard, folk singer-songwriter Mason Jennings, keyboardist and vocalist Brittany Davis, and drummer Matt Chamberlain, who has worked with an array of accomplished artists. This collaboration blends the individual strengths of the members to create a rich tapestry of sounds, characterized by Gossard's signature guitar work, the unique storytelling ability of Jennings, the expressive keys of Davis, and the rhythmic precision of Chamberlain.

The band made their debut with their self-titled album "Painted Shield" in November 2020, and on the heels of this release, they continued to showcase their collaborative synergy through subsequent singles such as "4th of July," and a double release "Mona Lisa / Crescent City" which further explores the edges of their musical boundaries. Most recently, Painted Shield returned with "Painted Shield 2" and the single "Blue Crystal," cementing their reputation as an exciting ensemble that harmoniously balances rock's intensity with introspective lyrical depth, enveloping listeners within their immersive sonic landscape.
