Aram Serhad

Aram Serhad, born Gökhan Sevinç on September 27, 1990, in Sarıgöl, Manisa, is a Kurdish musician. He originates from the Kop region of Muş in Northern Kurdistan. Aram Serhad began his music career in 2012 and has since become known for his contributions to Kurdish music. He has released several albums, including "Te Nedî / Çavşin" in 2014 and "Rê" in 2019. Aram Serhad has performed in Turkey, Kurdistan, and Europe, showcasing his talent in various concerts. He also founded a music company called Aram Records.

Aram Serhad's music often reflects his Kurdish heritage and cultural roots. Despite facing challenges, including a temporary halt in his music career due to an incident involving ultra-nationalists, he continued to pursue his passion for music. His recent releases include a mix of traditional and contemporary Kurdish music styles, such as "Xapandin," "Potpori 2024," and "Kurdish Beat Songs (Remix)." These works highlight his versatility and dedication to preserving Kurdish musical traditions.
