The Juliana Theory
The Juliana Theory is an American rock band formed in 1998 in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The band's original lineup consisted of vocalist and guitarist Brett Detar, guitarist Josh Kramer, bassist Chad Montouri, and drummer Neil Bernard. The Juliana Theory released their debut album, Understand This Is a Dream, in 2000, which was followed by Emotion Is Dead in 2003 and A Dream Away in 2006. The band went on hiatus in 2006 but reunited in 2014 and have since released two more albums, Deadbeat Sweetheartbeat in 2016 and A Small Noise in 2022. The Juliana Theory's music has been described as emo, alternative rock, and post-hardcore.
