Hot Club de Paris was an English band from Liverpool, formed in 2003. They were known for their unique blend of indie rock and pop, and were signed to Moshi Moshi Records. The band released several notable albums, including *Drop It 'Til It Pops* in 2006, *Live at Dead Lake* in 2008, and *Free The Pterodactyl Three* in 2011. They also released two EPs in 2010: *With Days Like This as Cheap as Chewing Gum, Why Would Anyone Want to Work?* and *The Rise And Inevitable Fall Of The High School Suicide Cluster Band*. The band's music career was marked by a series of singles, such as "Sometimesitsbetternottostickbitsofeachotherineachotherforeachother" and "Shipwreck," which gained them some chart recognition in the UK. After disbanding, some members went on to pursue other musical projects.
